On May 30th, we will be honored to welcome Caitlin Corcoran, owner of Ça Va and chef Howard Hanna, owner of The Rieger and Ça Va

Romain and Howard have been working to create a menu inspired by a special theme:
Classic French with a modern twist

Caitlin will use her sommelier skills to pair each course with the perfect wine.
The dessert will be paired with a cocktail created for the occasion by Bronson Kistler.

Both chefs’ background is outstanding and we expect this night to be a major culinary event!

The menu will be a 4 course menu for $59 and $29 for the wine/cocktail pairing.

We will have 2 seatings available for that night, one at 6 pm and one at 8pm.
